Founded by Dr. Sydney Briner, a licensed occupational therapist and former director of rehabilitation in skilled nursing and assisted living, we bring insider knowledge to the people who need it most: patients and families.

Dr. Sydney, is a licensed occupational therapist with a doctorate in occupational therapy and years of experience in long-term care leadership and management (skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, memory care, home health). Her firsthand knowledge of how facilities operate—and where they fail—fuels her passion for protecting patients and educating families.
